EXPERIENCED PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL

I am a PMP certified Project Manager with 19+ years of experience managing Projects in all stages of project lifecycles, from inception through to monitoring and closing, to deliver projects that exceed expectations on time and budget. I am self-motivated, and have coordinated hundreds of installations in the PABX, VOIP, CCTV, Biometric Time & Attendance, Access Control, AV and the IT Industry. I have a passion for my work and feel the bigger the Challenge, the more I learn and grow. My motivated attitude and the ability to establish strong and productive relationships with my team, is attributed to my Servant leadership skills. I can adapt quickly, I work extremely well under pressure and I am an exceptional problem solver. I am very organised, and it is imperative to me that through my communication skills, ALL my stakeholders in a project know exactly what is happening at all times. If it is too technical, I go down to their level. These skills were learnt during a my training years. At home, this is where my Chaos is! I am a mother to 4 boys, 5 Yorkies and a Great Dane. My spare time is filled with sitting on the side of a rugby field, shouting very passionately. Our household is crazy and loud and therefore never boring. I am lucky to share these treasures and responsibilities with my husband, Brad. We are a very active family and try to go Camping as much as we can. Why do you need me?
